Part 1 Clean energy advances
Veterans' Entitlements Act 1986
5 Subsection 5Q(1)
Insert:
clean energy underlying payment means:
(a) a pension under Part II or IV at a rate determined under or by reference to Division 4 of Part II; or
(b) a pension under Part II or IV at a rate determined under or by reference to subsection 30(1); or
(c) service pension; or
(d) seniors supplement.
