National Consumer Credit Protection Act 2009
27 Subsection 204(1) of the National Credit Code
Insert:
consumer lease fees or charges means fees or charges payable in connection with a consumer lease, but does not include:
(a) enforcement expenses; or
(b) government charges, or duties, on receipts or withdrawals.
