Superannuation Industry (Supervision) Act 1993

3   Subparagraph 6(1)(e)(v)

Repeal the subparagraph, substitute:

(v) Division 2 of Part 16 and section 128P;

(vi) Part 17 (other than section 140);

(vii) Parts 21 and 24;

(viii) Divisions 2, 3, 4 and 5 of Part 25A; and
