SECTION 100-50 RESIGNATION OF ACTING RESPONSIBLE ENTITIES

100-50(1)
An acting responsible entity may resign by writing given to the Commissioner.

100-50(2)
The resignation does not take effect until the end of the seventh day after the day on which it was given to the Commissioner.
