Holding meetings
145-5(1)
The Chair: (a) must convene 4 meetings of the Advisory Board in each financial year; and (b) may convene such additional meetings as are necessary for the efficient performance of the Advisory Board ' s function.
Procedure of meetings
145-5(2)
Subject to subsection (4) , the Commissioner may, by writing, determine matters relating to the operation of the Advisory Board.
145-5(3)
Subject to subsection (4) , if no determination is in force for the purposes of subsection (2) , the Advisory Board may operate in the way it determines.

The Chair must ensure that minutes of meetings are kept.

Attendance by Commissioner

The Chair may invite the Commissioner to attend all or part of an Advisory Board meeting.

A determination made under subsection (2) is not a legislative instrument.
