Division 165 - AAT review of objection decisions and extension of time refusal decisions  

SECTION 165-10   SECTIONS 27, 41 AND 44A OF THE AAT ACT NOT TO APPLY TO CERTAIN DECISIONS  

165-10(1)    
Sections 27 (Persons who may apply to Tribunal) and 41 (Operation and implementation of a decision that is subject to review) of the AAT Act do not apply in relation to:

(a)    an objection decision; or

(b)    an extension of time refusal decision.

165-10(2)    
Section 44A of the AAT Act (Operation and implementation of a decision that is subject to appeal) does not apply in relation to an objection decision.
