40 Subsection 6(1) (definition of mortgage credit )
Repeal the definition, substitute:
mortgage credit means consumer credit:
(a) that is provided in connection with the acquisition, maintenance, renovation or improvement of real property; and
(b) in relation to which the real property is security.
