60   Subsection 6(1) (subparagraphs (a)(i) and (ii) of the definition of securitisation arrangement )

Repeal the subparagraphs, substitute:

(i) credit that has been, or is to be, provided by a credit provider; or

(ii) the purchase of credit by a credit provider;
