National Consumer Credit Protection Act 2009
131 Paragraph 88(3)(i) of the National Credit Code
Repeal the paragraph, substitute:
(i) that, under the Privacy Act 1988, a credit reporting body (within the meaning of that Act) may collect and hold default information (within the meaning of that Act) in relation to the default; and
