151   Paragraph 12(4)(d)

Repeal the paragraph, substitute:

(d) the issue, variation or revocation of rules under:

(i) section 17 of the Privacy Act 1988; or

(ii) section 12 of the Data-matching Program (Assistance and Tax) Act 1990; or

(iii) section 135AA of the National Health Act 1953;
