13 Sections 245AH and 245AI
Repeal the sections, substitute:
245AH Meaning of exploited
For the purposes of this Subdivision, a person is exploited if the person is subjected to exploitation within the meaning of the Criminal Code (see section 271.1A of the Criminal Code).
