the Electoral Commissioner (within the meaning of the Commonwealth Electoral Act 1918) |
(a) is of information disclosed to, or obtained by, the Commissioner of Taxation on or afterthe commencement of this table item; and (b) is for the purpose of administering the Commonwealth Electoral Act 1918 or the Referendum (Machinery Provisions) Act 1984. |
