45 Paragraph 34(1)(d) of Schedule 2
Omit "entrusted to care", substitute "who become entrusted to care (within the meaning of that Act, as amended by Part 2 of Schedule 3 to the Family Assistance and Other Legislation Amendment Act 2013)".
