SECTION 70   PROVISIONS RELATING TO LIABILITY OF MINISTERS AND OFFICIALS  

70(1)    
An amount payable to the Commonwealth under subsection 67(1) , 68(1) or 69(1) is recoverable as a debt in a court of competent jurisdiction.

70(2)    
The Commonwealth is not entitled to recover amounts from the same person under subsection 68(1) or 69(1) for the same loss.

70(3)    
A person ' s liability under subsection 67(1) , 68(1) or 69(1) is not avoided merely because the person has ceased to be a Minister or an official.
