Primary Industries and Energy Research and Development Act 1989
10 Subsection 4(1) (definition of Presiding Member )
Repeal the definition, substitute:
Presiding Member means a person appointed under section 122 as the Presiding Member of the Selection Committee for an R&D Corporation.
