Social Security Act 1991

93   Continuing application of provisions

Despite the amendments or repeals of the following sections of the Social Security Act 1991 by this Schedule, those sections continue to apply in relation to payments made under the Farm Household Support Act 1992 as if those amendments or repeals had not occurred:

(a) section 573A;

(b) section 916D;

(c) section 1227A;

(d) section 1230B;

(e) section 1231;

(f) section 1231A;

(g) section 1233;

(h) section 1234A.
