Schedule 1 Public Governance, Performance and Accountability Act 2013
54 Subparagraph 66(b)(ii)
Repeal the subparagraph, substitute:
(ii) is authorised by the Finance Minister in writing; or
(iii) is made in accordance with any requirements prescribed by the rules.
