Administrative Decisions (Judicial Review) Act 1977

77   Paragraphs (he), (hea) and (hf) of Schedule 1

Repeal the paragraphs, substitute:

(he) decisions under Part 2 of the Financial Framework (Supplementary Powers) Act 1997;

(hf) decisions under the following provisions of the Public Governance, Performance and Accountability Act 2013:

(i) section 15;

(ii) section 23;

(iii) section 85;
