Australian Apprenticeship Support Loans Act 2014
The Secretary may, in accordance with section 62 , require a person to give information, or produce a document that is in the person ' s custody or under the person ' s control, to the Secretary if the Secretary considers that the information or document may be relevant to one or more of the following matters: (a) whether a person who has applied for Australian apprenticeship support loan is or was qualified for Australian apprenticeship support loan; (b) whether Australian apprenticeship support loan is payable to a person for whom a determination is in effect granting the person ' s application for Australian apprenticeship support loan; (c) whether Australian apprenticeship support loan was payable to a person to whom Australian apprenticeship support loan has been paid; (d) the rate of Australian apprenticeship support loan that is being or has been paid to a person.
