Australian Apprenticeship Support Loans Act 2014
A person who makes a reviewable decision, or a decision on review of a reviewable decision, must include reasons for the decision in the notice of the decision.
Note:
Section 27A of the Administrative Appeals Tribunal Act 1975 requires notice of a decision and review rights to be given to persons whose interests are affected by the decision.
[ CCH Note: S 80 will be amended by No 39 of 2024, s 3 and Sch 6 item 2, by substituting " Section 266 of the Administrative Review Tribunal Act 2024 " for " Section 27A of the Administrative Appeals Tribunal Act 1975 " in the note, effective at the same time as the Administrative Review Tribunal Act 2024 commences. However, the provisions do not commence at all if that Act does not commence.]
