38 Subsection 100.1(1) of the Criminal Code
Insert:
ASIO affiliate has the same meaning as in the Australian Security Intelligence Organisation Act 1979.
ASIO employee has the same meaning as in the Australian Security Intelligence Organisation Act 1979.
