55 Paragraph 355-70(2)(b) in Schedule 1
Omit "any other individual employed under paragraph 84(1)(a) or (b) of that Act", substitute "an ASIO employee (within the meaning of that Act) or an ASIO affiliate (within the meaning of that Act)".
