9 Subsection 13(1A)
Omit all the words after "planning or", substitute:
undertaking:
(a) activities covered by paragraphs 6(4)(a) to (c); or
(b) training in the use of weapons or in self-defence techniques;
unless, before giving the approval, the Minister consults with the Prime Minister and the Attorney-General.
