101 Section 134
Repeal the section, substitute:
134 Varying class licences
To avoid doubt, the power to vary a class licence in accordance with subsection 33(3) of the Acts Interpretation Act 1901 includes the power to vary the licence by:
(a) including one or more further conditions; or
(b) revoking any conditions of the licence.
