International Organisations (Privileges and Immunities) Act 1963
27 After section 12B
Insert:
12C Organisations that are bodies corporate are not Commonwealth entities
If the regulations provide that an organisation is a body corporate, then, despite paragraph 10(1)(d) of thePublic Governance, Performance and Accountability Act 2013, the organisation is not a Commonwealth entity for the purposes of that Act.
