115 After subsection 42A(8)
Insert:
(8A) For the purposes of subsection (8), the period is:
(a) 28 days after the person receives notification that the application has been dismissed; or
(b) if the person requests an extension - such longer period as the Tribunal, in special circumstances, allows.
