10   Paragraphs 5(9B)(a) and (b)

Repeal the paragraphs, substitute:

(a) a decision of the Tribunal to remit a Part 5-reviewable decision under paragraph 349(2)(c);

(b) a decision of the Tribunal to remit a Part 7-reviewable decision under paragraph 415(2)(c);
