8 Subsection 355-65(8) in Schedule 1 (after table item 6)
Insert:

the Secretary of a Department administered by a Minister responsible for: (a) agriculture; or (b) industry policy; or (c) investment promotion; or (d) taxation policy; or (e) foreign investment in Australia |
(a) is of information contained in the Register of Foreign Ownership of Agricultural Land; and (b) is for the purpose of enabling that Department to assist that Minister to discharge that responsibility. |
