Law Enforcement Integrity Commissioner Act 2006
3 Subsection 10(1)
Repeal the subsection, substitute:
AFP staff members
(1) The following are staff members of the AFP for the purposes of this Act:
(a) the Commissioner (within the meaning of the Australian Federal Police Act 1979);
(b) an AFP appointee (within the meaning of that Act).
