Part 2 Amendments consequential on the introduction of the Insolvency Practice Schedule (Corporations)

166 Paragraphs 506(1)(e) and (f)
Repeal the paragraphs, substitute:
(e) exercise the power of the Court of fixing a time within which debts and claims must be proved.
