Higher Education Support Act 2003

7   Paragraph 82(a) of Schedule 1A

Repeal the paragraph, substitute:

(a) the student must notify his or her *tax file number to:

(i) an *appropriate officer of the *VET provider; and

(ii) the *Secretary;

within 21 days from the day on which the *Commissioner issues the tax file number to the student; and
