Schedule 16 Dealing with national security information in proceedings
National Security Information (Criminal and Civil Proceedings) Act 2004
1 Paragraph 19(1A)(b)
Repeal the paragraph, substitute:
(b) the orders are not inconsistent with this Act; and
(c) the orders are not inconsistent with regulations made under this Act.
