Schedule 2 Control orders for young people
Criminal Code Act 1995
21 Paragraph 104.23(2)(d) of the Criminal Code
Repeal the paragraph, substitute:
(d) if the person is at least 18 years of age and the Commissioner has information about the person's age - that information; and
(e) if the person is under 18 years of age - information about the person's age.
