Telecommunications (Interception and Access) Act 1979
30 At the end of section 49
Add:
(8) A control order warrant must:
(a) state that the warrant is issued on the basis of a control order made in relation to a person; and
(b) specify the name of the person; and
(c) specify the date the control order was made; and
(d) state whether the control order is an interim control order or a confirmed control order.
