PART 9 - USE OF INFORMATION  

Division 1 - Authorised use and disclosure of information  

SECTION 92   USE AND DISCLOSURE BY CERTAIN VET OFFICERS  

92(1)    
Each of the following VET officers may use VET information in his or her capacity as such an officer:


(a) an officer of a Tertiary Admission Centre;


(b) an officer of an approved course provider;


(c) (Repealed by No 111 of 2019)


(d) an officer of an approved external dispute resolution scheme operator.


92(2)    
The officer may disclose VET information to another VET officer if the officer believes on reasonable grounds that the disclosure is reasonably necessary for the purposes of exercising powers, or performing functions or duties, in relation to this Act.
