Schedule 1 Main amendments
A New Tax System (Family Assistance) (Administration) Act 1999
206 Section 219TA (paragraphs (f), (g), (h) and (ha) of the definition of relevant benefit)
Repeal the paragraphs, substitute:
(f) CCS by fee reduction; or
(g) ACCS by fee reduction; or
(h) CCS or ACCS in substitution for an individual who has died; or
