Enhancing Online Safety for Children Act 2015
12 Subsection 12(1)
Repeal the subsection, substitute:
(1) The Commissioner must, as appropriate, have regard to the Convention on the Rights of the Child in the performance of functions:
(a) conferred by or under this Act; and
(b) in relation to Australian children.
