Military Rehabilitation and Compensation Act 2004
1 After section 437
Insert:
437A Delegation by Minister
The Minister may, by writing, delegate any of his or her functions or powers under this Act, under the regulations or under any other legislative instrument made under this Act to:
(a) a Commission member; or
(b) an SES employee, or acting SES employee, in the Department.
