43   Before paragraph 101(1)(b)

Insert:

(a) must be a member of the AFCA scheme; and

Note: This paragraph is inserted in subsection 101(1) of the Superannuation Industry (Supervision) Act 1993 as enacted by item 9 of Schedule 2 to this Act.
