104 Subsection 23WA(1) (definition of foreign serious offence)
Repeal the definition, substitute:
foreign serious offence means:
(a) a foreign serious offence (within the meaning of the Mutual Assistance in Criminal Matters Act 1987); or
(b) a crime within the jurisdiction of the ICC; or
(c) a War Crimes Tribunal offence.
