Australian Aged Care Quality Agency Act 2013

7   Paragraphs 12(a) and (b)

Repeal the paragraphs, substitute:

(a) to accredit residential care services in accordance with the Quality Agency Principles;

(b) to conduct the quality review of home care services in accordance with the Quality Agency Principles;
