80 Subsection 41B(3) (definition of information offence provision)
Repeal the definition, substitute:
information offence provision means subsection 39(1), 39A(1), 40(1), 40B(1), 40C(1), 40D(1), 40E(1), 40F(1), 40G(1), 40H(1), 40L(1) or 40M(1).
