Life Insurance Act 1995

28   Application

Despite the repeal of Subdivision A of Division 5 of Part 7 of the LifeInsurance Act 1995 by item 26, that Subdivision continues to apply, at and after the commencement of this item, in relation to:

(a) disclosures of information made before that commencement; and

(b) conduct referred to in subsection 156C(1) of the LifeInsurance Act 1995, as in force immediately before that commencement, that is engaged in before that commencement; and

(c) a threat referred to in subsection 156C(2) of the LifeInsurance Act 1995, as in force immediately before that commencement, in relation to such disclosures, that is made before that commencement.
