Schedule 2 Application provisions
1 Application provisions
(1) Sections 22, 23, 24, 25 and 26of the National Sports Tribunal Act 2019 apply in relation to disputes that arise before, on or after the commencement of that Act.
(2) Section 32of the National Sports Tribunal Act 2019 applies in relation to a decision of a sporting body made before, on or after the commencement of that Act.
(3) Sections 33and 35 of the National Sports Tribunal Act 2019 apply in relation to a decision of a sporting tribunal made before, on or after the commencement of that Act.
Note: Section 38 of the National Sports Tribunal Act 2019 specifies time limits for making applications to the National Sports Tribunal.
