Omit "paragraph 540(d), subparagraphs 593(1)(g)(ii) and 593(1D)(b)(ii)", substitute "subparagraphs 540(d)(ii), 540BA(1)(d)(ii) and 593(1)(g)(ii), (1D)(b)(ii) and (5)(b)(ii)".
