Financial Sector (Shareholdings) Act 1998
180 Subsection 15A(5)
Omit all the words after "the Treasurer", substitute:
must:
(a) by notifiable instrument, publish notice of the cessation of the approval; and
(b) give written notice of the cessation to the financial sector company concerned.
