Repeal the item, substitute:

The later of: (a) immediately after the commencement of Part 1 of Schedule 3 to the Treasury Laws Amendment (2019 Measures No. 3) Act 2020; and (b) immediately after the commencement of Schedule 7 to the Treasury Laws Amendment (2019 Tax Integrity and Other Measures No. 1) Act 2019. However, the provisions do not commence at all if the event mentioned in paragraph (b) does not occur. |
