Payment Times Reporting Act 2020
A constitutionally covered entity (the applicant ) may apply, in writing, for the Regulator to determine, under subsection 10B(1) , that the applicant is a reporting entity.

10C(2)
An application under subsection (1) may specify the time when the applicant proposes the determination to take effect, which must be either: (a) the start of the provisional reporting period of the applicant in which the application is made; or (b) the start of the provisional reporting period of the applicant that follows the provisional reporting period mentioned in paragraph (a).
