Part 3   Amendment of the Bankruptcy Act 1966

4   Application of amendments

(1) The amendments of subsection 40(1) of theBankruptcy Act 1966 made by Schedule 2 to this Act apply in relation to transfers of property after commencement.

(2) Section 59A of theBankruptcy Act 1966, as substituted by Schedule 2 to this Act, applies in relation to an order under Part 5A of theFamily Court Act 1997 (WA) made after commencement.

(3) Paragraph 116(2)(ra) of theBankruptcy Act 1966, as inserted by Schedule 2 to this Act, applies in relation to an order under Part 5A of theFamily Court Act 1997 (WA) made after commencement.
