Part 4   Consequential amendments

5   Application of amendments

The amendments of the following Acts made by Schedule 3 to this Act apply to a splitting agreement, or splitting order, if the operative time for the purposes of Part VIIIC of theFamily Law Act 1975 in relation to a payment split under the agreement or order is after commencement:

(a) theAustralian Defence Force Cover Act 2015;

(b) theAustralian Defence Force Superannuation Act 2015;

(c) theDefence Force Retirement and Death Benefits Act 1973;

(d) theDefence Forces Retirement Benefits Act 1948;

(e) theGovernor-General Act 1974;

(f) theJudges' Pensions Act 1968;

(g) theMilitary Superannuation and Benefits Act 1991;

(h) theParliamentary Contributory Superannuation Act 1948;

(i) theSuperannuation Act 1922;

(j) theSuperannuation Act 1976;

(k) theSuperannuation Act 1990;

(l) theSuperannuation Act 2005.
